Workers Compensation
All employers with more than three employees are required to carry Workers’ Compensation insurance. If you were hurt at work and you are unable to fully perform your employment duties, you may be eligible for Workers’ Compensation benefits.
Typically, the amount of benefits you receive will be based on how severely your injury interferes with your ability to work. Some people can continue to work in a different position with different responsibilities, while other people are completely disabled and cannot return to work, even part-time.
We will work with you to file a successful claim for benefits. If you have been denied benefits, we can work with you to seek a reversal of the denial. If you were approved for benefits, and have subsequently had your benefits discontinued, and you believe you are still unable to work due to your injury, we will work with you to reinstate your benefits.
If you have questions about whether or not you qualify for Workers’ Compensation benefits, or you have been denied or had your benefits discontinued, contact us . We will meet with you at no charge to discuss your situation.
